"Went to the minor injuries unit ..."

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

Went to the minor injuries unit with a sports injury and was concerned I may have broken a bone. There was noone in the waiting room so after giving my details I was seen immediately by a doctor. He examined my injury and listened carefully to what I had to say. He explained in detail what he thought was wrong but said I could have an x-ray just to be sure. This also happened immediately and I was kept informed and comfortable throughout. I then had to wait no more than 2 minutes to get the results of the x-ray which was good news. Very impressed with every element of my visit from the moment I walked through the door.

What could be improved

Nothing could have been done better

Anything else?

I hope these standards are maintained.
