the consultant's approach and advice

What could be improved

waiting time. i saw the consultant 15 prior to my appointment last july. i was told in july that i would see another consultant in 3 months, i have now been told i will have to wait a further 2-3 months and this is only for an orthoptic appointment and not to see the new consultant as stated by her.

Anything else?

i find this unacceptable. i have waited for two years since my original referral and i am no further foward. i will be making a complaint as patients should never have to wait for this long for surgery.
