"Hearing aid clinic angels"

About: Leigh Infirmary

I had a mis-hap replacing the tubing on my hearing aid and accidentally broke the ear hook on my phonak hearing aid. I was due to go on my holidays a couple of days later and would be working every day up to the hols apart from the day I visited the clinic. I turned up first thing in the morning without an appointment and explained the situation and how I was stressing I would have a rubbish holiday if I could not hear for the duration of my trip. The lovely receptionist took my aid and said they would see if there was anything they could do to help. Low and behold to my delight they returned 2 minutes later with the replacement ear hook attached. I cannot thank the team enough for literally being absolute angels. Well done to them and keep up the brilliant work. Many, many thanks your a credit to your professions.
