i went to the Royal National Throat, Nose, and Ear Hospital today, August 24, and saw how every staff made me feel cared for.
My audiologist was very professional, explaining to me all the testing processes and how I will respond to every sound.
Then I was seen by a doctor who further explained to me what to expect and that if there is a need for me to have a hearing aid, I will have one from NHS.
Waiting time was very minimal.
I am proud of this hospital where I was treated with respect, and I went home happy and satisfied
