What could be improved
The Dr at emergency treated us carelessly, smirking all through, and staff member pulling faces. They do get paid don't they? They are not doing us a favour by treating us. So it would be only right, they have the diploma, to treat people with respect,professionally and if they are unsure of what the diagnosis is, not to dismiss, brush off people, but to do their utmost to find out what the issue is. Which they don't do. They send you home.
Anything else?
This hospital is a disgrace.
