"Good consultation"

The consultant I saw was lovely - smiled when greeting me, gave me a thorough consultation before my examination and listened to me. They explained what they would do and seemed competent. I would have liked them to give me a bit more information at the end of the examination but overall I was pleased with the care I received. The nurse was very nice and kind too.
