"What a joke!!!"

Very disappointed with the service we received today my 4 year old son was booked in for an op we had to be there for 12pm my son wasn't allowed to eat due to his op, we arrived and the nursing staff was lovely couldn't fault them, we got told he would be taken down at 4:30 it got to 5:30 and he still hadn't been taken down by this point he was getting restless because he was so hungry!! We then get told that they where cancelling his operation we had waited months for this operation for them to then cancel it my son was very distressed by this point that he had sat there 6 hours and hadn't eaten in 24 hours we are not happy to say the least we now have to wait for another operation date which means he will have to take time off school

We are sorry that you and your son had such an unsatisfactory and distressing experience for which I would like to apologise.
