What I liked

The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly yet still efficient. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness; the ward was cleaned daily. My husband had been a patient at a different NHS hospital where each ward was only cleaned weekly! I was being treated for rheumatoid arthritis but they also reviewed my diabetes and sent me to the diabetes clinic so saving that needing attention at a later date.

What could be improved

The food was of slightly mixed quality but then it is a hospital not a restaurant and it was all edible and nutritious.

I think individual TVs is far better than the old system of one TV in a room but felt that it was far too expensive and the internet just about useless. For the money I paid I think that I should have had a better internet speed.Not part of the treatment but what else is there to do all day...
