I want to say i have had a operation at your hospital

Every one where kind and helpfull i was on ward 12

E1 bay all the staff where very helpfull and kind.

the one negative is it was so warm in in the bay need some air conditioning

Thank you for your comments posted on the NHS Choices and Patient Opinion websites regarding the care you received in the Orthopaedics Department at Trafford Hospital. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff, as it is always good to receive positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication. It was very reassuring to hear that you found the staff on Ward 12 to be helpful and kind.

Mrs Kathryn Mitchell, Deputy Head of Facilities Management, would like to apologise that you found the temperature in the Orthopaedic Unit to be too warm. It is very difficult to ensure that the temperature in any area is appropriate for everyone and interestingly we have also had some comments that the ward has been too cold. We will continue to liaise with the nursing team to ensure that we provide a comfortable environment. We can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to the staff involved.
