Myself and my family wish to express our deepest gratitude to all the staff from York Hospital for their brilliant care of my husband, from the paramedics and ambulance staff who got him there carefully and safely ,to the staff on casualty who were so caring to us all .To Coronary Care staff all were fantastic and did everything to get Neal back home to us, and not forgetting staff at LGI . Cant thank you all enough .
