I attended the hospital due to elbow pain and was asked to attend a scan.

The review of the scan information was very poor and the consultant showed little interest in my problem and seemed distracted.

I followed this up with a complaint to the hospital as I wanted to ensure I received the treatment required to ensure my elbow problem was resolved.

The team asked me to wait a few weeks which I did and then on following up the complaints manager confirmed the consultant had not responded with a physio referral.

Overall I can not recommend this hospital as not only do they provide poor service but they also have no quality procedures that work.
