"Early evening admission"

About: Torbay Hospital

My husband was brought in at 5.30 in the morning falling a fall.

The doctors were very busy but we were seen by a nurse almost immediately.

We saw a doctor at 8.00 and the staff nurse and another senior nurse spent 45 mins stitching and stapling my husbands head.

The cleaning staff also were very good, above the call of duty and made me a drink seeing I had been there also.

My only concern is that at a weekend, the availability of food is only down at the restaurant and is not open all the time, the mini cafe up by the old entrance was closed.

Only sweets and crisps in the main A&E dispensers.

No good if you are a visitor and there for some time.
