About: Trafford General Hospital

Massive thanks for your professional friendly informative service on Sunday. Endoscopy unit was modern and clean. Staff were polite, helpful and maintained my dignity throughout the enema and the sigmoidoscopy. The consultant and Nurses kept me comfortable and well informed throughout the procedure. Recovery area was quiet and and comfortable, the sister made me feel so cared for and I thank them and all the staff at the unit. Before attending, having not been in hospital before I was very nervous, every one of the team put me at ease at each stage of the procedure, from reception all the way to recovery. Who needs to go private these days when the NHS are providing such a great service?
