"Bad service"

Hmm, written on their website: We are providing excellent healthcare services.

A visit to the Doctor is never fun, however you don't have to treat your patients in a rude, arrogant, indiscreet and inhumane way. Do not expect that your patients understand what kind of medicine is right for them, when your communicating in health jargon. Shocked - and when you find out that your unable to take that medicine, once your at the pharmacy, the doctor doesn't want to change the prescription because you where suppose to understand his jargon. I thought doctors went to school to help us, the ones who don't have an understanding about medications, diseases, fractures, injuries.. It felt like his solution was: deal with it, if you can't take it thats your problem. ' Is this what you call excellent healthcare service?

I was very disappointed with the service at the reception. The 10 patients with me; we all know each others problems in details because you have to shout your problems to the person at the reception as they is unable to understand you.
