What I liked

I was on the Transitional Care ward after giving birth to my son. I cannot praise the staff on there any more highly. They were incredibly supportive, friendly and generally quite fantastic. There wasn't one member of staff who wasn't respectful of every patient on the ward and most went above and beyond the call of duty in offering information, advice and general support. The Ward Sister was a fantastic example to the team and was always around with a friendly ear. As a first time mum, this was really reassuring and gave me a lot of confidence.
