"very caring staff"

I recently took my elderly mother to A and E on a Sunday evening after being referred by the out of hours doctor. The nurse who admitted my mother was so professional and caring. They did all the tests efficiently and kept us informed all the time of what was happening. She saw 3 doctors while tests were being carried out all of which were so kind when passing on information. Yes we were tired after a lo g day but their care of my mother was great. Many thanks.
