"Minor injuries clinic"

About: Gosport War Memorial Hospital

Absolutely gobsmacked, my partner and I went there for a serious ear infection. The receptionist said that we should ring 111 for an appointment or we can wait to be seen. We waited to be seen. After 2 and a half hours - we were called just for the nurse to tell us that we should ring 111 for a GP appointment.

On this website it does not instruct you to call 111 1st. The website also states that the practice nurse can also precribe some drugs and medication but the nurse said that the GP doesn't like them to do it.

What absolutely appalling service. Like you, I don't have time to waste so either make it 100% clear on the website or/and make it 100% clear at reception.
