"Poor customer service"

I went to the A&E today 21/08/2015 the receptionist did not give me token . When i explained to them that my hands are very very sore they have started bleeding everytime i touch it even a little. My hands had become so painful. The receptionist was like i dont care. You need to go oliver road . And the receptionist called the security to throw me out. Because i said i would wait there . Then the receptionist started laughing at me . I even said .. Please give me the token i cant sleep in the night because of the pain they said no . . But the receptionist was talking to every other people nicely and giving token even when they werent really an emergency.

I would not go there again and ever.
