my mum past away on jan 2015

They kept us in the loop as we wouldn't let them rest until we had answers.

A And E was over crowded and trolley in waiting area were ppl were asking questions and no one could answer. It's shame that staff had to be pushed to get answer form. But it was to late my mum was taken in at 08:15and by 19:15 she left us all. Hospital like I said over worked under paid
