Had to visit ae with an eye problem was seen quickly emergency appointment was made for me the next morning at the eye clinic excellent service from nurses and doctors eye clinic is so well run probably the best in the area if not the country one gripe was the parking machine in a and e was not giving change and the change machine was not working had to walk to main reception to pay what happens if you are disabled? I will not comment on the rip off parking charges

We can only apologise if the change machine wasn’t working on the day of your visit and can understand the inconvenience of having to walk to main reception. We have passed your comments on to our partners Interserve who manage the car parking and they have confirmed that the change machine in the A&E area has now been repaired.
