My daughter is 20 weeks pregnant has seen her midwife once has no other appointment had to make her own 20 week scan appointment and the people in reception were not very helpful I am disgusted with care she has received.

I am so sorry to learn about this.
Please will you ask your daughter to contact PALS either by completing a form via our website, by telephoning 01227 864314 or 01227 783145, or by email direct at ekh-tr.PALS@nhs.net
We need to look into this ans make sure that her experience of the service is better in future.
