About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

Had my booking appointment today, thought everything was great. The reception staff were warm and friendly, really helpful. The midwife was just lovely, the sort of person who puts you immediately at ease and just seems to love their job. This is my second baby, with my first I had most of my antenatal care within a different trust- it was very different to what I experienced today. So pleased I've opted for QE11/lister throughout this time.
