I cannot praise the Minor Injury Unit at Memorial enough.
I came in with my parents after they were assaulted.
We were checked in efficiently and with respect and care.
My parents were seen straight away because of their head and face injuries and they were seen together in the same room by one nurse unlike Medway Hospital where we went next. The Memorial nurses/staff were brilliant and caring and able to deal with both my parents together.
When an ambulance was called it arrived very quickly just a shame we couldn't receive the same treatment and care at Medway!
A very big thank you to all the staff on duty at the Memorial on Tuesday 18th August and especially to the nurse that treated my Mum and Dad.
