I would like to say a big,big thankyou to all involved in my cataract operation on 31/7/2015 on the Holywell ward,and would also like to say a special thankyou to the consultants and their staff in the Eye clinic at Chesterfield for their excellent care before and after my operation.Without their expertise in this subject my life would not be as full as it now is.

Thankyou all so much for giving me my sight back and helping me to enjoy the beauty of all I see again
