Expectations on waiting times are not set. There is a board in the waiting room but it isn't accurate nor update. Also not particularly helpful if you don't know who it is you are seeing. First appointment I had felt rushed, audiologists were stressed and over worked. Consultant poked my ear a bit and said phone if hearing gets worse. Next day was deaf in that ear. Rang and was told to go to gp and consultant would ring back. Never got a call back. No idea what's going on. Back for a second appointment. Hope it will be more enlightening. Unfortunately running just as late so far.
Building and facilities are tired. 2 staff at reception were bickering in an unprofessional manner.
