Went in for minor procedure however nervous still and worried. Lovely reception staff but could be a little more discreet and speak quietly when asking me personal information. Shared a room with a wonderful lady for a couple of hours while waiting for procedure. All staff were very attentive and knowledgable. Very reassuring to feel like I was in good hands. Consultant in theatre was of few words but got on with my steroid injections in my neck and was comforted by lovely person with great bedside manner. After procedure they realised I wasn't feeling too well and immediately asked for help for me. I was attended to in my room immediately. I had the best toast and a great brew to finish off before leaving. I cannot fault my experience, I was treated 1st class and as an NHS patient too, I felt very privileged and lucky.
"polite and respectful staff"
