"Unhappy about GP appointment"

Lady made a GP appointment for 10. 20am, explaining that she had to be away by 11. 00am. When she was still waiting at 10. 30am she spoke to the receptionist who said she would be next for the Dr. Someone else was then called in next, and she was still waiting at 10. 40am. She spoke to receptionist who denied that anyone had gone in to the Dr(but all in the waiting room knew they had).

The lady then asked to see the practice manager about 1) the long wait, and 2) the attitude of the receptionist. The practice manager apologised and said people with urgent needs were sometimes given priority and they were trying to address the shortage of doctors. There was no comment made about the receptionist. The lady was eventually called in just after 10. 55am.
