Kettering Hospital .the treatment by staff at all levels has been total perfection. In all instances, the main concern is that patients are reassured,and treated with dignity.And what delightful nurses, always a smile. My grateful thanks to all concerned with my welfare.My husband is in total agreement with all my comments as he too has received splendid treatment.

Thank you for your comments on the care you received in the Endoscopy Department. Coming into hospital for any procedure/treatment can be daunting so we make it our priority to ensure patient’s are reassured, put at ease and treated with privacy and dignity. It is reassuring and humbling to hear how your experience has been, thank you,
