"X-ray"

I rang for an appointment (even though I was advised that the services at Johnson Hospital were poor) I was advised the Xray Dept was open all day and the best time to come was early afternoon.

I arrived at 1.15pm, the lady on the reception said they were not open until 2pm.

I explained I had rang in advance to stop this being an issue as I am very busy, the rude member of staff then said 'well we have to have dinner sometime!'

I explained again that I fully understand that which is why I made the phone call in the first place.

Very unprofessional.
