The Clinical Neurophysiology department is slightly tricky to find, even with a map, but as soon as you arrive there all the staff are lovely.

They explain all the details of the test to you and make you feel at ease with a little lightheartedness when appropriate. After the test not only was I made a cup of tea but also my partner who had driven me was made one. The whole experience was positive and relaxing and left me without any concerns or worries.
