I arrived after receiving a sporting injury, I attended Wisbech Minor Injuries Unit, at approximately 09.00hrs. I was seen within minutes of arriving, I was then sent for a x-ray which again I had to wait for a minimal time. I was re-seen by the medical practitioner and the bad news of a broken collar bone was given to myself. Advice was given, and a further appointment made at Kings Lynn hospital the next day.
The staff were friendly, professional, and showed patience, not just with myself, this also visible with other patients. This is why the NHS is success, and this Hospital is an asset to Wisbech.
People are quick to complain in this day and age, not so quick to give credit!
