"day case dental surgery"

i would just like to thank all the staff members who treated me yesterday at the main theatre department. I was very very nervous about my procedure even though I was only having one tooth out. the thought of any dental procedure scares me so much even going to the dentist is a tramatic experience for me. the staff was amazing very caring and sympathic to my my situation. I praise these people so much for the job they do . I thank them so much for getting me through the day. kind regaurds mrs sarah allen xxxx
