Received clear map and instructions before arriving to hospital, once there was able to locate destination easily. I was seen to straight away and 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

I was dealt with by several members of staff, all were very friendly.

Clear instructions and information was given to me and I found staff to be very welcoming and professional. As this was my first appointment within this hospital I was very pleased to have had a positive experience, I shan't hesitate to request this hospital again in the future.
