"Not impressed with service at PRH"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Endocrinology

(as the patient),

On arrival I was sent to one waiting room where I waited for 30 mins then called to wait in another waiting room where I waited for a further 30 mins. Having seen endocrinologist I had to wait a further 20 mins to have blood test.

After 2 weeks I get call from doctors surgery telling me I was now on a course of tablets without discussion. Not impressed.

I am so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience when you attended the hospital.

I do hope that when you next visit your experience will be much more positive.
