Received a letter in late December 2014 from the pain management clinic – I believe I should have received an appointment within 6 weeks.
Nothing arrived so I rang the clinic in late January, was told I was on Dr. Kiskens list and would be sent an appoint. In due course.
Now the middle of may and still no appointment or contact from anyone.
I rate this service disgraceful! I’m sorry I realise times are hard for everyone in the NHS but I think there is no excuse for this.
