"Great Treatment by Committed Staff"

I am writing to thank the hospital and the individuals who gave me such excellent care last week when I attended for a planned angiography procedure on 14 August 2015.

Everyone in the coronary care unit including cleaners, catering staff, and nursing staff were a credit to the hospital and themselves. All were industrious, responsive and cheerful.

The consultant was polite and approachable and provided an excellent debrief. During the operation their team management was superb, melding precision, authority and good-nature in their interactions with the staff.
