What I liked

i had a bad experience on ward 9 in july. i went back in under a different consultant and the difference was amazing. the operation went ahead even tho i was very scared but i was treated with respect and dignity.I am so glad i chose another consultant because now i am being treated for whats wrong. the staff were excellent and everything was done properly.

What could be improved

nothing this time thanks to mr kremer and his staff
