I had an appointment in the Ear Nose and Throat department and arrived in plenty of time, I spent 7 minutes waiting at the desk to check in.
There was no one else in front of me, the receptionist was doing their paperwork and did not look up to acknowledge me although they were aware I was there.
I think this is appallingly rude they could have quite easily taken my details and let me sit down instead they chose to completely ignore me until they were ready to communicate...
I am also not satisfied with the outcome of my results received on this day, I could have diagnosed what I was told myself.
a complete waste of time.
My appointment was on Friday 14th August 2015 and was between 3 and 4pm ENT department.
