What I liked

Everything! I was only an outpatient, but what a great hospital!

There was adequate (free) parking, clean facilities, polite informative staff. I arrived at the wrong reception but the lady at physio got up and took a few minutes to direct me approriately.

I arrived early and was seen immediately; no long queues, no crowds, no irritable staff. Even the builder outside stopped work to talk to me when I asked for directions to the entrance (after I parked in the wrong place).

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The radiographer even took the time to explain how the images were sent electronically and how long it would take for them to be assessed.

I would defnitely use as my first choice again.

What could be improved

Very little. I guess some signs seemed a little unclear but it presented no probelms.

Anything else?

The hospital seemed very under-utilised, perhaps because it is new. Hopefully they will be able to maintain these exceptional standards as it gets more popular!?
