"unhappy with the way it is ran"

Very unhappy with the way it is ran. I got took in by ambulance with chest pain got seen within 20 minutes for the nurse to take my details and the nurse was very rude. Then got sent back to waiting area waited about 2 hours went to see a different nurse only for them to tell me I was the 6th person to be seen I estimated that it was going to be between 3-4 am for me to be seen which I wasn't going to wait that long so I walked away (only because I was told my ecg was ok) I always use Sunderland royal hospital but if I need to go to A&E I will go somewhere else. Very unhappy with the way I was treated by the nurse that took all my details.
