"Rude staff"

About: Good Hope Hospital

I attended a mri scan on the 15/8/15 at good hope hospital at 455.i have to say the nurse in charge was very rude and unprofessional, there were four elderly people in the waiting room who looked quite upset, they never explained what to do, just gave me a pair of pyjamas and said get changed i had to ask someone else where do i put my clothes. as i was going into the main room for my scan they shouted( where is your key to the locker) i found it very hard to understand them as they were eating an apple, then realised what they had said so i put the key by the window by the staff room, when picking up my locker key i heard the nurse talking and laughing on the phone they looked at me through the glass and slammed the door.

I seriously think the management should put them on a retraining course in patient care respect and manners.
