"Stay in Tiptree Ward"

My elderly mother who suffers from dementia and Parkinsons was admitted to Tiptree ward in Jan 15. The experience was so much improved v. her previous stays in Colchester hospital I wanted to thank the staff. They were attentive, dealt with some difficult situations sensitively and kept me well informed of my Mum's progress. The ward was also very clean.
