My daughter who is now 16 has had a misdiagnosed knee problem for the past 6 years. I have tried for 6 years to explain to our GP that her knee was not working correctly.
With a change of GP practice we were referred straight to the doctor.
Both my daughter and I were treated with respect and courtesy and the issues with my daughters leg and posture were brought to light.
I found the staff helpful and informative.
I understand the pressures on the NHS staff in current times but never once was this evident in their work ethic.
