"Poor aftercare"

Having a sterilisation & a endermetrail ablation done, I was sent home with no after care, no pain relief, no advice on how to clean my small wounds (good job I already knew) no doctor came to see me before I was discharged!! I am now in lots of pain after only having procedure done 2days ago & have a infection & still suffering with the gas that was pumped into me!! It's a lovely hospital & they staff are very nice but I feel that the after care let them down which has made me very poorly
