(as a parent/guardian),

Recently our son had a procedure under GA at the Sunderland Day Care Centre at Medway Hospital.

From start to finish the care and level of professionalism were faultless. It was the first time as parents we had experienced one of our children undergoing a procedure or a GA and we were understandably anxious. The staff treated us with respect and compassion and explained every stage thoroughly.

Our son was relaxed and confident throughout our time at the centre and he cited this to knowing exactly what every stage entailed.

We would all like to pass on our thanks to the members of staff at Medway Hospital who were involved with his care and for helping to make the experience relaxed and professional while also treating him with dignity and kindness.
