"lack of communication"

About: Leicester General Hospital

my appointment was booked for the w/c 16/8/15, however it was only because I rang to double check that I was then notified by the appointment line this was cancelled by the hospital and rebooked at Leicester Royal at a different date. No-one notified me, which both me and my husband booked the day off for.

Am really disappointed when this could have been resolved with a quick and simple phone call. I have not been told why this was cancelled nor can anyone tell me the reason, but now will have to wait a further 5 weeks to be seen to.
