Went in for a biopsy. Everyone pleasant and caring, which is no more than one should expect in a hospital.

Painful complications arose that night at home. A&E at Gloucester were robotic and slow to relieve my pain. What a contrast when I spoke to ward sister on Kemerton ward to seek advice following my 'treatment' at Gloucester A&E, and the sister was charming, caring and, above all, listened.

How sad that someone like this is so rare in the NHS these days.
