"They hang the phone up"

About: Doddington Hospital

My daughter is 6, and currently has Chicken Pox, my GP surgery has no doctors available to see her or phone us. The receptionist said 'take her to minor injuries unit', I phoned them to check if I can take a 'contagious' child in, only for them to hang up the phone 3 times on me. So I'm going to take her. Seriously, thank you for your compassion.
