Referred by GP for a suspicious looking 'freckle'.
Initial consultation made very quickly and enjoyed a thorough examination, full of information about the condition.
Very reassuring.
Referred for surgery to remove and examine affected part which took place in an acceptable time frame; procedure was straightforward, pain free, by a personable and confidence boosting surgeon under local anaesthetic.
I am in the fortunate position of being able to choose private medical treatment but feel that my experience could not have been bettered in the private sector - 'free' cup of coffee excepted!
Side note - the Park and Ride from Enderby was first class. I shall not enjoy the hassle of LRI parking queues ever again.
"Referral for melonoma?"
