"No results"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

On 24 July I was contacted out of the blue by the chair of the improving patient experience group as they had been contacted by the urology clinic nurse, not by us.

They were perturbed about our appalling treatment at King George and Queens Hospitals and offered her help and support.

I asked if they could find some results for my husband's recent tests.

I heard nothing at all.

Today I emailed them to express my feelings that it seems yet again we had been let down.

They advised that they had been assured by a nurse specialist on 31 July that they would contact us that day. Guess what?

They didn't.

No surprise there. So we still have no idea what the results are, as neither the nurse at the hospital has bothered to contact us, nor our GP who we also asked to find this two weeks ago, but that is for me to deal with separately.
